This is my second review for Daimond Head Windows. First review was for my 16 widows and sliding door which Stan and crew did a fabulous job. My second review is for my Security Door. John Rice and Kaiona did a fabulous job fitting and rebuilding door frame to fit my door perfectly. Earlier there was a problem with the door not fitting (wrong door) John went back to the shop and had remedied the problem by switching my door out with another door that fits (correct door). The first door also had no keys. I am so happy that John was able to remedy the problem and save the company any future complaint from me.
Give them a call, you won't regret it.

We were very happy with the entire process, from start to finish. We moved into our new house and immediately needed to replace 2 sets of oversized sliding glass doors that made it impossible to keep our house cool. Brendan came and helped us pick out what we needed, gave us estimates and quoted timelines. Everything happened exactly as described and we even got the doors installed a week ahead of the predicted timeline. Paamai and Grant came out to install both sets of doors and were fantastic, they were on time, very professional, and did an excellent job. The doors are exactly what we hoped for and we will be returning to Diamond Head Windows when we are ready to replace the rest of our doors and windows.

Sean just left our house and did a totally amazing job. We have 4 big windows thar have handles that had rusted out and we couldn't open or shut them. Sean came out after a couple of times trying to get the right pieces, and got them installed. They're like brand new. He was completely friendly and communicated very well with me what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. He represented Diamond Head Windows very well, as we've been very satisfied with our windows from them!

Our four windows arrived on-island in mid-Aug and we had them installed over the Labor Day weekend. Overall, I'm pleased with the quality of the white vinyl windows (with white grids) as well as the actual installation. There were a few hiccups but were relatively minor and not even worth mentioning. I would just suggest that customers schedule the install for early morning to ensure the project is completed before nightfall.  The goal obviously would be to start and finish in one day if feasible. At any rate, I'd highly recommend Diamond Head Doors & Windows... shop around and compare, but you'll be pleased with DHW&D.  I've got several more windows to replace and I'll have DHW&D do the work. Mahalo to Mr. Ryan Paul (Sales), Melisa (Install Mgr), and Christian for the actual install.

I just had 20 windows in my house installed by Diamond Head Windows. The crew, led by Stan, were very fast and efficient. They did an awesome job installing the windows in less than 2 full days!  Everyone was courteous, respectful of my home (taking off their shoes and wearing socks in my house), and wore face masks, which was my preference. The Leahi windows are beautiful, and really upgrade my home. From the inside of my house, it looks like the windows and screens aren't even there!

Brenden, the sales consultant was also awesome. During the initial consultation, he patiently explained and showed me the properties of the windows and screens, and walked thru my home twice, to give me an accurate estimate. He spent almost 3 hours during the first visit. He was always available to answer my questions.

I had a great experience at Diamond Head Windows after many weeks of going back and forth with multiple companies I finally decided with them. The lady who came out was very nice and helped me with all my questions and made good recommendations. The installers were so nice they even helped me put up a rod I needed help with. My home looks so much better now that I got rid of those old jalousies! I am happy I went with them, the wait was worth it. I would recommend.

I had several windows replaced in my home this week by Diamond Head Windows and Doors. I am soooooooooo pleased and would highly recommend them. I have plantations shutters in all my windows and they were so careful not to disturb them. The crew was David and Damon and they were very skilled, knowledgeable, respectful, and amazing. I do not have enough positive comments for them. This is one of the few times I did not have to repair something else after having a job done.
